Please complete this Work Health & Safety (WH&S) Venue/Park Inspection Checklist as part of the required six-monthly inspection process to ensure the venue remains safe and suitable for use.

Conduct a thorough inspection of the venue, including indoor and outdoor areas, equipment, and facilities.
Record accurate and up-to-date information based on current conditions.
If a hazard is identified, provide a clear description and outline the proposed action to address it.
Assign a responsible person and specify a due date for any corrective actions.
